Offering your help by welcoming a Ukrainian refugee varies according to your country of residence. We have listed useful resources for several European countries. Our team is working on identifying the institutional modalities to host a Ukrainian refugee in other European countries, not yet listed here. We also want to share with you the last updates on how to host a Ukrainian refugee in each country. Help us to do that by reporting trusted information to contact@isupportukraine.eu.
Belgium
En Belgique, la coordination de l’accueil se fait au niveau des communes.
Nous vous invitons donc à contacter votre commune en décrivant clairement : le nombre de places dont vous disposez ; le type de logement dont il s'agit (par exemple, un logement indépendant, une chambre, une pièce, etc.) ; la durée pendant laquelle vous êtes en mesure d’accueillir ; vos coordonnées ; votre adresse ; éventuellement, votre composition familiale.
Votre commune centralisera ces informations et les enverra au Centre national de crise.
Denmark
In Denmark, you should contact your local authority, which will be able to register your offer or redirect you to the right authority, depending on your municipality. Please find below the relevant contact information for some municipalities:

- Vejle : send an email to ukraine@vejle.dk

In your email, you should indicate the following information: the number of people you are able to host; the possible duration of stay; the kind of accomodation you can offer (independant housing, room, etc.); your contact information; your address; possibly, your family situation
Germany
In Germany, the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community, via its website germany4ukraine.de, redirects people willing to provide accommodation to the non-governmental platform https://www.unterkunft-ukraine.de/.
There, you will be invited to fill a form to register your place and provide basic information, such as your location, the type of accommodation you can offer, its availability and the language(s) in which you can communicate.
Italy
In Italy, you should contact your local authority, which will be able to register your offer or redirect you to the right authority, depending on your municipality. Please find below the relevant contact information for some municipalities:
